Minimum Order Quantity

Minimum order quantity is 30 pieces/pairs per design.

Within the MOQ:

plating colors can be mixed.

one ring size requires at least 10 pieces, i.e., maximum 3 ring sizes - 10 pieces each size.

Any order below USD 3,000 is subject to an additional charge of USD 30 for documents and bank transaction fees.

Design

We roll out our new designs on a monthly basis; all designs are created by our in-house designers. All customers are welcome to order any of our designs.

Minor customization of our designs is welcome with no additional customization charge. The unit price may differ according to the changes.

We also accept OEM orders; we can manufacture a customer’s custom designs with the following conditions:

The minimum order quantity for a custom design is the same as a normal order.

A new mold costs USD 50 each. This cost includes the drawing (with up to 1 revision), the CAD design, and the mold. If there is a design modification for which a new mold must be created, another USD 50 will be charged for each new mold.

Mold production lead time is 2 weeks, excluding drawing, CAD design, and revisions.

Product Sample

Customers can request up to 3 pieces/pairs of finished samples of any design, which will be charged x1.5 of the unit selling prices.

Sample production lead time is 2-4 week.

Production Lead Time

6 to 8 weeks from the production confirmation date i.e., from the deposit receival date

Remark: Shipment insurance can be applied upon request, the fee of which is charged additionally.

Terms of Payment

T/T before shipment (30% deposit to confirm production; 70% before shipment)

Goods Warranty

We accept eligible requests for damaged goods exchange or return. A request must be sent in an email to the sales representative within 30 days upon goods receival containing:

the list of damaged items

an explanation of each item’s damages

a clear picture showing the damage

a copy of the invoice

We will assess the damage and respond whether the request is eligible.

If eligible, customers are requested to ship the damaged goods back to Wong Jewelry.

For a return request, we will issue a debit note worth the value of the returned items.

For an exchange request, we will ship the fixed goods or new replacements within 6-8 weeks after the return receival.

We will bear all shipping expenses incurred in this process.
